The gate shape is obvious enough, but I like the shape of the flame thingy in the courtyard they're at. Especially from the angle drawn, really effective imagery.

um, sorry, but what IS the deeper meaning/symbol behind the flame-thingy? i canĀ“t see it....and yeah, the hinted at vaginas are obvious, but tasteful. far better then the glaring neon tits+stuff you see nowadays on such buildings....makes you want to 'found' a temple ;-)

Thanks again for your nice words, Peya Luna. As for the meaning of the fire, well, I like the answer that 'Shiliskin' has offered. If that explanation is not detailed enough, you might refer to a noted dissertation from Professor Bob Seger. Professer Bob Seger published this work in 1976, and titled it 'The Fire Down Below.' And, of course, you might also think of the 'Eternal Flame' of the Olympic movement, and so forth.

I love all the vaginal motifs in the temple architecture

@Peya Luna - For the deeper meaning of the flame, think of the "hot spot" of a woman :)
