I'm glad Kharla didn't die. She's an interesting character.

wtf, how is she still alive?....guess the crazy doctor shoot her up with something while connecting her to those bats, hu? if so, i can´t help but wonder if getting hit by lightning will have unforeseen side-effects....will she grow bat wings and/or able to shoot lightning from her hands? either way, i´m kinda glad that this awesome baddie is still part of the plot!
on another note, are those dudes just blind or plain stupid? turning into smoke, my a#! i´m a tad worried though whether transforming+fighting without munching on a heart will affect her negatively...and whether being wargyrl comes with some healing powers.

People survive lightening strikes FAR more often than you'd think. They're high-voltage, low amperes, and it's the amps that will kill you. In fact, my mom's dad was holding onto a metal pole and petting a dog when it was struck. The dog died, but he didn't. Not from that, anyway.

You are correct, Iceburgh. Many people die from lightning, but many people also survive. We were going to explain the science ourselves, but you did the job as well or better than we could have done it ourselves, and we want to thank you for your help. Also, we are glad that your grandfather survived the thunderbolt, and we regret that the dog did not. Thanks for your comments and thanks for reading 'Wargyrl.'
